The Cleannovator Academy offers a wide range of internally and externally organized training courses for all employees, from operators to managers.
The courses are divided into eight learning domains, covering both technical and soft skills.

The training programs focus on developing craftsmanship, safe and high-quality work, effective leadership, strong collaboration (human skills), and, of course, sustainable working. The industrial cleaning profession requires specific skills and certifications that can't be learned in school. Therefore, the Cleannovator Academy offers a combination of practical training and customized guidance.
Every new Cleannovator, with or without experience, starts with an introductory week, providing a thorough introduction to the organization and the role of Cleannovator. At the start of a Group Peeters career as an operator, there are two must-do training courses, reflecting the importance of safe and responsible working. These involve obtaining a personal VCA certificate and learning to work with breathing air (IS-081 certificate). Cleannovators in operations receive "flying time": they practice in various environments alongside experienced colleagues. This way, every employee builds confidence and expertise, step by step.
After these initial steps, a career path begins, potentially spanning various career paths and tailored to personal talents, experience, and the organization's objectives.
