Hydrodemolition.

Hydrodemolition uses high-pressure water jets to remove the top layer of concrete floors, walls, or ceilings. These can then be remediated or renovated. Hydrodemolition is an intensive job, but it can be extremely efficient and a cost-saving option!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

There are two types of hydrodemolition: manual and automated. However, manual hydrodemolition is physically demanding due to the recoil of the equipment. Therefore, we use automated hydrodemolition equipment, which is safer, suitable for hard-to-reach places, and suitable for larger surfaces. The robot ensures that the concrete is systematically exposed to the water-jet system. The depth of the surface to be removed is accurately measured while the concrete is simultaneously removed. The surface area to be treated per m² depends on the thickness of the layer to be removed.
