Robot tank cleaning

Robot tank cleaning is the most elegant solution for hands-free cleaning. New, innovative techniques and machines make it possible for the operator to stay out of the line of fire. Our most recent acquisitions include the striker, Brokk and the crawler.

The crawler is a magnetic robot which clings fast to the metal of the surface of, for example, a tank, and can automatically be moved backwards and forwards from a remote control. Thus the operator stays right out of the line of fire.

The crawler is around 60cm by 80cm in lightweight aluminium. It moves on tracks and can perform both high-pressure cleaning and removal of anti-corrosion coating. The force of the more than 10 magnets provides maximum adhesion which makes ultra-high water pressure possible.
